This secluded community is only accessible by boat on the Hawkesbury River. Each home boasts a waterfront position with stunning uninterrupted views of the River, a private sandy beach and jetty and pontoon. After a 50 minute drive from the Sydney CBD and a 10 minute boat trip you will have arrived to peace and tranquillity.
This truly unique location is the ideal place for fishing, kayaking, swimming and bush walking along the tracks in the Muogamarra Nature Reserve.
You’ll have full use of your chosen home, including spa/pool, a tidal sandy beach, a jetty/pontoon, high speed internet and Foxtel. Dogs are welcome and the public wharf is just a few houses down.
We are always nearby and available to answer questions via phone. We will meet and greet you, show you around, then leave you to relax.
If a late night arrival is needed a key can be arranged with an email briefing of the property.
Guests will arrive at Kangaroo Point Cruise Terminal where onsite lock up parking is available. For your boat transport you can choose a water taxi, hire eco-day boat from us or bring your own boat. Ice, bait, fishing hire, towel hire, drinking water, etc are available at our Luxury Afloat office. You can also make a Coles online order and have them delivered to the luxury afloat office before you arrive. You can simply load your groceries onto the boat that will transfer you to our Milson’s Passage Home.
This beautiful home contains two bedroom, three bathrooms and an extra cottage. There is an open plan kitchen, lounge dining and reading area and a beautiful open fireplace.
The master bedroom and additional toilet is located off the front veranda and has a queen bed with incredible views of the river.
The very large second bedroom room is accessed from the rear veranda and has an ensuite. The bedding in the room can be changed to suit your circumstances, with either four single beds or a king-bed.
There is additional sleeping space for two on the double sofa bed in the second lounge room.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped for the chef with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge and all your necessary utensils.
The well-lit dining table seats eight people and there is an additional outdoor entertaining/ BBQ area looking onto the water.
Out the back you will find a spa and a peaceful space to read or take a stroll.
A beautiful three bedroom, one bathroom two storey cottage with magnificent water views. This open plan home has great space for meals and family time and a huge rumpus with a billiard table downstairs.
The main bedroom contains a queen bed and is filled with light from the glass doors that open onto the front veranda. The second bedroom contains two single beds and the third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed.
There is additional bedding with a queen-sized sofa bed upstairs and a single mattress in the rumpus room if required.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped for the chef with an electric stove, microwave, two double sinks, coffee machine and bread making machine (bring your own bread mix).
The charmingly restored original pioneer cottage that was built in the 1800s by Robert Milson is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage, with a well-lit sunroom leading out to a huge waterfront veranda. The sunroom has sofa seating and table and chairs.
Walk through to the lounge room which contains a cosy open fireplace where you can curl up on the sofa with a book. The dining room is located at the back of the cottage and seats six. This leads through to a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and stove, coffee machine and contains all your necessary utensils.
The two bedrooms each contain a double bed and one has a single trundle. An additional double bed can be made on the lounge room sofa bed. Venture out to the back veranda which will take you out to the private pool.
