Luxury Afloat Houseboats and River Cottages are looking forward to re-opening just as soon as the NSW Government lifts Sydney region lockdowns. We are now open for bookings and there is unprecedented demand. Email or phone us if you don’t want to miss out on an amazing Hawkesbury River holiday experience!

Since closing for Sydney lockdowns earlier this year, our team at Luxury Afloat have been working to make improvements wherever possible and we're ready to reopen better than ever!

If you are a returning customer, you may notice that we've made changes to comply with NSW Government rules and restrictions regarding COVID-19. Luxury Afloat aims to make sure all customers are able to enjoy a safe and care-free holiday. In order to improve the safety of all patrons and staff, all hirers of our houseboats and river cottages and each adult in their attending group will be required to "check in" through the Service NSW app and show proof of checking in to a Luxury Afloat staff member. All guests must also verify their double vaccination status prior to being admitted to the Luxury Afloat premises, properties and vessels.

We are now open for bookings, however we won’t take your hire deposit till the Government confirms we can reopen. You will receive your booking confirmation once you lock in your dates.

We are now selling the upcoming season out very fast so we urge all our loyal customers to make a booking as soon as you can to ensure you enjoy this years holiday if on the beautiful Hawkesbury river.
